I finally got it! Turns out I need to get a minimum of 200 kills and a 3-1 kill ratio. I picked on the dark eldar (weak to retinue rushes), then parked snipers outside their base after taking all but two of the strategic points. 5 hours of waiting later, I finished them off and got Stubbs the last of his accoutrements.

Ah.

I did it with crons against the hordes of cultists that rush your base in the Dark Crusade campaign. So, I had a bit of necro imba advantage, on the other hand, my brother beat the snot out of the game with IG.

I found this really nice conversion mod that adds in a lot more vehicles for IG (as well as some things for the other factions); raises and has the squad/vehicle cap at 200 each (orcs have 300 pop instead). Which lets you field actual armies on the massive 8 player maps. Instead of wandering bands of strike teams that move back and forth to scrub the enemy out of strategic point capture.

I tend to play a lot of annihilation or destroy HQ skirmishes.

Eliphas was the only one had his shit together. Although I'm not sure if that makes him the best or the worst Chaos Lord...
